We want you to get your order as quickly as you like, that's why we offer 3 easy options. Standard shipping via our logistic partner ‘DHL shipping’. With this your order will get to you within 2 to 3 days of confirmed payment.
If you prefer, we also provide ‘’DHL express’’ as an option, but please note that you have to choose this if you want your order to get to you within 48 hours of confirmed order.
For our out of Lagos customers it can take 3 to 5 days for your order to get to your doorstep. Please note that you may have to pick your order at a designated picking point.
We also accept store pickup at Micserah Fashion House Ltd , 22 Igbasan street Off Opebi-Oregun link road, Opebi ikeja Lagos state Nigeria.
We try as hard as we can to get your order shipped out within 24 hours, but it can take up to 48 hours due to high volume or other circumstances. Once your order does ship you will receive an email confirmation with all your relevant order details as well as a call from one of us.

We want you to be able to buy with confidence and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and are not happy for any reason we will gladly accept it as a return within 7 days of delivery, providing:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items, discontinued items, or items with Custom Engraving.
We can only process returns of product purchased on Micserah’s online and physical store.
Products purchased at normal store price cannot be exchanged with products on special sale.
To return a product, please contact us first. Products returned without first contacting us will not be accepted as returns and no refund will be issued. Once we receive your returned order and the product and packaging has been inspected and verified as being unworn and undamaged, in original packaging with all tags attached, returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt.
If we inspect your returned order and determine that the product or packaging has been damaged we will contact you to make arrangements to return your order to you at your cost.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that the original order was paid (less original shipping paid for international and domestic orders). Refund payments may take up to 5 business days to be received, depending on your bank and location. All refunds are processed in Naira and we are not responsible for any shifts in currency exchange rates between purchase and refund (for international orders).
Returns of items purchased from a Micserah retailer must be returned to the retailer where they were purchased, and are subject to each retailer’s own Return/Exchange Policy. We must receive the product within 7 days of the delivery date.

All watches purchased directly from Micserah Watch Company come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, valid from your date of purchase.
This warranty covers material production defects concerning the watch, strap and movement. It does not cover damage caused through misuse/physical force, or normal wear and tear.
Your warranty will be rendered void if any attempts are made to repair or modify your timepiece without prior consent from us.
If you have an issue with your timepiece, please contact us first to discuss the issue.
If you are within Nigeria, we will provide you with a return label.
If you are located in Lagos, you are also welcome to drop off your timepiece to our office in Ikeja during business hours, provided you have first contacted us to discuss your issue.
Once we receive your timepiece, please allow up to 20 working days for repair, depending on the severity of the issue. In most instances, repair work will be completed within 5 working days.
If you are located internationally, we will instruct you to return your timepiece to us via your national postal service.
