Role Overview

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative at Micserah, you will be at the heart of our customer experience and sales operations. This hybrid role combines customer care, sales support, and website reporting, ensuring customers feel valued at every touchpoint while keeping our sales process efficient and data-driven.

You will:

  • Serve as customers' first point of contact, providing warm, professional, and solution-oriented support.

  • Manage sales inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth after-sales service.

  • Monitor and generate website sales reports, providing insights that support the business team.

  • Work remotely and on-site at our Lagos office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.

  • Represent Micserah's values of precision, craftsmanship, and excellence in every interaction.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow with a fast-rising luxury brand.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional customer support across email, phone, and chat.
  • Manage sales orders and assist customers through their purchase journey
  • Track and generate website sales reports to support business growth.
  • Represent the Micserah brand voice with warmth, precision, and empathy.



What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is an advantage).
  • A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer support, sales, or e-commerce.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).

  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work with e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is an advantage).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for generating sales and performance reports.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (remote + Lagos office).

  • A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
